2044: 2003-2006 Jeep Wrangler Steering Gear

I had just replaced all steering in my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ.  A part of that install was the Red Head Steering Gear.  After all was done I still had some looseness in my steering.  I contacted customer service and Christine asked for a video of my concern.  Once received, she showed it to her techs.  They responded quickly with a few more questions and a more detailed video.  Although the video did not show with 100% confidence that it was a steering box issue, they agreed to stand behind their product and warranty the part for replacement.  Absolutely the best customer service and cheers to Christine.
