We take the necessary steps to provide security for sensitive information. We are compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) as validated by Control Scan through quarterly security scans and annual assessment questionnaires. We do not store or retain credit card information on our server or systems, but instead process payments through, a secure payment gateway that also proves PCI DSS compliance. All sensitive information is protected by TLS and SSL encrypted connections; we are certified with a COMODO SSL certificate.

Disclosure of Delivery Policy

Shipping of merchandise will be through UPS ground, USPS, and freight carriers. Shipments are processed with in one business day. Merchandise will arrive in 3-7 days from date of order.

Return & Refund/Cancelation Policy

All items purchased through can be returned under the following conditions:

1. Merchandise is in sellable condition when received at Red-Head Steering Gears.
2. Purchaser pays for return shipping.
3. Refund of payment will be by credit back to credit/debit card. Cancellation prior to shipment of merchandise will be cancelled and payment credited back to credit/debit card. Cancellations after shipment of merchandise will be handled under the return policy. We ship using USPS or UPS ground shipping unless otherwise noted or requested. We do not offer refunds or returns.

Sales are only within the State of Washington. No restrictions on shipping.
